As the Christmas music fills the air waves and the decorations go up, I hope we all take pause this Thursday to honor this week’s holiday, Thanksgiving. Hopefully you are able to spend the day with family and friends. Enjoy their company and be thankful for them. I pray your blessings are evident to you and fill your heart with thanks.

And, since I am the County Republican Chair, I hope you can also pause for just a moment to be thankful for all the good that has come from our Republican officials at the State and National level. No 45 cent gas tax increase. A thriving economy. Low unemployment. A more conservative judiciary. A President who unabashedly stands up for you.

Yes.

Embrace your family and friends this week and be thankful for all your blessings large and small.
