Today is Election Day for many of us in Washtenaw County!
Please get out and vote!
Beware that many precincts are combined today, so you may not be voting in your normal spot.

There are Ballot Proposals to increase your taxes (if the millage has expired, a renewal is an increase too) for fire protection in Scio and Manchester Townships, Road Maintenance in Manchester Twp. There are millage proposals for Pinckney Schools, Napoleon Schools, and Oakland Community College that effect people on the corners of the county. There are Bond proposals for Chelsea Schools and Van Buren Schools, and of course, the mother of all bond proposals, the BILLION dollar tax increase in the Ann Arbor Schools.
And last there is the proposal to ban marihuana establishments in Northfield Township. Several of our Executive Committee members have been working hard to pass this proposal.
