Team Members,
Congratulations to all the WCGOP EC members who participated in and were elected at the District 7 & 12 Caucuses and to those who made an great showing: As part of my strategic vision, I formed coalitions with leaders from other counties who share the vision to advance our action plan.
District 7 Results:
Joel Meng (Hillsdale County), Nikki Snyder and Tawn (Lemon James) Beliger (WCGOP) Teamed up and made a formidable showing in the race for Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary for District 7 Leadership. In a 3 day campaign they made a formidable showing to change the leadership of D7. A15 vote shift to their favor would have accomplished that feat. Great job and lessons learned.
Congratulations to the following members of our EC were elected to D7 and D12 and State committees.

Through this process we have built coalitions and we are setting up meetings to have organizational synergies to determine where we can collaborate effectively with all the actives of our committees. This way we can combine our efforts be it for training, ballot initiatives, or any other activities. There is no need to continue to reinvent the wheel and have duplicitous efforts. Time is a valuable commodity and the more efficiencies we can put in place the more we can accomplish.
So now that the dust has settled, let's get to work because the campaign begins now.
Over the years Deb and I have participated with WCGOP we have noticed that there is never any collaboration among the committees. This needs to be corrected. Strong community of efforts will increase our effectiveness ten fold.
I want to thank my leadership team: Bill Gordon, John Dunlop, Lisa Gubaci-Root, Wyckham Seelig, Eileen Weiser, Deborah Fuqua-Frey, Nikki Snyder, Martin Church, Adam de Angeli, Fred Ward, Joan Knoertzer, Tawn (Lemon James) Beliger, and Gerry Hermann . All these individuals have assumed vastly important roles and are part of our All Star line-up. There's always room for more so I welcome anyone willing to roll up their sleeves and dig in.
